Wow, this is great. You've improved a lot. Changing the outline colour for the clothes looks great and I like that you're starting to add your own shading rather than relying on the shading already on the base. The hair looks good too, well done on the plait, it's not perfect but those are really hard to draw so it is pretty good.
Try to make text boxes wider next time, make it so that all the the words fit in without being split up. That way it'll be easier to read.
